OOTD: Hello Helgas

Back in January, my friend Kevin spoiled me with a pair of Deandri Helga's for my nineteenth birthday. Deandri is a brand based in Los Angeles, California that design and sell their own clothing, shoes, and accessories (harnesses to be specific). I've been lusting over their handmade shoes for years now so I was ecstatic to finally get my hands on a pair of my own. (THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS) Unfortunately, I've been pretty comfortable this past year when it came to fashion and dressing up so the Helgas have been collecting dust under my bed for the past eight months. -- I'm over staying stagnant and I'm currently in the process of becoming inspired and rediscovering my style because it's definitely more grown since high school.

Gloomy days in the northwest call for all (or mostly all) black so I slipped into a mock neck leotard and paired my high waisted black skinnies over it. Added the "FUCK OFF" heart necklace my boyfriend gave me to keep the top from looking to empty. There wasn't much going on with my outfit in the first place so I decided to finally break in my statement shoes (which surprisingly aren't as uncomfortable as they look). I'm so in love with these Helgas and I grow an extra six inches with them on, so it's like a whole new world.

VLOG: So Childish! (8.24.14)

WATCH IN HD!! -- Last weekend Baesquad and Donald Glover took over Hawthorne. Nicki Minaj has been able to brainwash kbae and ebae with her new song "Anaconda." Also, Erin secretly copies Kevin in order to steal his powers and reign as the next Supreme.
Probably my prettiest vlog yet. Minus the screen cap... Not cute.

Winter's around the corner and I've been in a pretty colorless mood lately -- more so than I normally am at least. Yesterday I went downtown (not unusual) with a friend to run a couple errands and hunt for jobs because my wallet is a sad sad thing. Definitely not the smartest outfit to wear in the Oregon cold but the leather moto jacket was able to sustain a decent amount of warmth. I also layered thick black leggings underneath my harem pants to keep me warm as well.

Last Wednesday, two of my friends from the Bay came into town and it was only right for us Oregonians to bring them downtown for some good ole' exploration. But let me tell you, Oregon is probably the only state where you can get a taste of all four seasons in a single day; luckily, we only got two. Before leaving the house, the sky was clear and the sun was shining so I decided to throw on a dusty pink maxi-dress I found at Ross for $8. I knew the sun wouldn't last for long so I added a faux leather moto-jacket to add some contrast to my otherwise boho and peasant-like outfit. Just so the leather jacket wasn't too out of place, I wore some black combat boots and I added a gold/black triangle

necklace to add some interest to the whole thing.
As soon as the five of us reached our destination, it began pouring rain. Totally messed up my hair along with our mini photoshoot...

 Hah, kidding.
Somewhat.

I also uploaded a new video on YouTube basically updating you on what's been going on in my world. It's been awhile since I've last filmed but I'm sure you can obviously tell by how awkward I am talking in front of a camera. Lol. Be sure to watch in HD and subscribe.
